Nuria Yáñez-Bouza, a Lecturer in English language at the School of Languages, Linguistics and Cultures of Manchester University since 2007, has just moved to the Department of English, French and German of the University of Vigo on a research contract ‘Ramón y Cajal’ funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. The ‘Ramón y Cajal’ programme is designed to facilitate the incorporation to Spanish research centres of senior postdoctoral scientists working abroad.
As from 23 January 2012, Fanny Llantada-Díaz has obtained a tenured position as Lecturer in English (‘Profesor Contratado Doctor’) at the same Department.
