Elena Seoane, a member of the LVTC group, Cristina Suárez (UIB) and Lucía Loureiro-Porto (UIB) have joined the ICE project. The ICE (International Corpus of English) project was initiated in 1988 by the late Professor Sidney Greenbaum, the then Director of the Survey of English Usage, University College London. It is now coordinated by Professor Gerald Nelson at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, in collaboration with twenty-six research teams around the world.
