It was announced yesterday that Laura García-Castro (LVTC team) and Iván Tamaredo (VLCG team) have obtained competitive four-year FPI grants from the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. Laura’s PhD advisors are Elena Seoane and Cristina Suárez (UIB); Iván’s PhD advisors are Teresa Fanego and J. Carlos Acuña-Fariña.
