18th ELC Research Seminar

A new ELC research seminar will be held on Tuesday 9th April 2013. The two invited speakers are Zeltia Blanco-Suárez (USC) and Begoña Soneira (USC). The topics of their presentations are, respectively:

“Grammaticalisation and subjectification of death-related intensifiers in the history of English”
“The role of loanwords in the lexical description of English for Architecture: a corpus-based study”

Time: 16.30-18.30
